Hello Mr. Jumbo! There is plenty of parking! We are looking forward to serving you! Please know that we are currently running a promotion for 10% off when ordered online for pick up.
ok.sure
Yes we do have delivery.
It's not the best quality or taste ever, but and this is a big but, the price for quality and portion size is amazing, especially for Vancouver. And it is self serve so no extra tip cost, yet still professional and friendly service. I'm eating with my Iranian family now and myself nor them have any complaints!Any the kebab naan was a bit late and they gave us a free desert.
One of the best Persian restaurants around. Busy and noisy, but excellent flavors. Chicken leg stew, eggplant dip, and a very good koubideh, which is nicely seasoned and not too salty.
Very delicious and healthy food with generous portion sizes. Highly recommended. Pictured is my favourite dish, the vaziri kebab
Ammmmmmazingly yummy!!!! We come all the way from Portland OR here to eat because it is totally worth it!
Great food and service! Been here for more than 5 years now. Food is consistently good. If you prefer a more cozy Yaas, this place is for you. Thank you for satisfying my cravings!
Very poor quality, in this case, (Covid-19) the table was not clean and no one came to clean the table. But the way the food was served was also very bad. Just like a low-quality restaurant in Iran. For a moment I felt like I was in Iran. I will never go to this restaurant again.
I am always on the hunt for something new to eat in Vancouver. After trying multiple Iranian Restaurants, it is safe to say that Yaas is one of the best! To my knowledge they are one of the few restaurants who baked their bread fresh on each order. It is something that both intrigued and impressed me. There is a ton of space to sit and enjoy our BEAUTIFUL Vancouver views.~~
Worse kebab ever I've had it in my life 😷🤮
I tried Persian food for the first time at Yaas, the owner was very friendly. We got served on time and even when something was missing from our order it was immediately added we even got a free dish (taahdig). It was a good first experience
Both branches are amazing 👍 authentic Persian food, the whole menu worth trying If you think Persian food then Yaas must be in your top choices
Food was OK, overpriced for what you get and honestly not very tasty. My garden salad had far too much lime.
The worse kebab I have ever had in my life i think they use soy or somthing instead of meat kebab donot have any taste
We ordered the butter chicken it was perfect for my taste bud but it was a bit spicy for my little one we also tried combo 2S chicken and lamb kabobs. We also tried their baklava. Looking at their menu there are so many things to try so definitely will go back. The place is sit yourself then order your food or do it the other way around they'll bring the order to your table. They have water cooler on the side and disposables for you and take out containers under the cutlery section.
One of the best Persian places in the lower mainland. Cheap, quality food and quick service. When I come here, I wish I can order everything. But my absolute favorites are the lamb shank or the koobideh. Come here when youre really hungry because you will absolutely leave very full!!
Good place, nice staff
This place has great authentic food. The service is very good. The staff are friendly. And the price compares to the portions, wow! Also unlike other Persian restaurants this place has a good selection of vegetarian foods. My only issue though is the food being so greasy.
Price is good. You can eat under 15$, personnel are polite and friendly. The only negative was it was cold for resturant, i had to eat fully clothed.
The food was ok but I found a large piece of plastic in my rice.
I just had a lam shank at Yaas restaurant and I loved it! Best costumer ever!
We tried Yaas for dinner. I ordered Kabab Barg half Salad and Shole Zard. The food was not fresh and the meat tasted strange. Salad also was not fresh. Shole zard was cold. Really bad quality. I do not recommend.
Food is the same as other local Persian restaurants. Their new fastfood serve yourself style is just trashy. Get your own utensils, drink, and napkins but pay just as much as any other restaurant where they serve you. It's a Iranian soup kitchen but with a cost to your service and wallet.
The food is good but the place is disgusting. The workers are loud and the restaurant is filled with flies and constantly smells of gas. The pictures are misleading and the restaurant is tiny and squished. The workers don't understand anything you say and are constantly laughing and yelling in the back. The food took a while even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. The entrances (both parking and front) are filled with supplies so only one person could go in at a time. Bathrooms are dirty and smell. Lost my appetite, they barely had any different choices for people who are picky and almost no vegan choices. The only choices "available" are the ones including meat.
Great food, great service. Priced well for the amount if food. Love the marinated olives. They go well with anything on the menu. Been eating from here for 10 plus years.
The food is just Superb👌🏻 best persian Kababs in North Van. Must try!
Just stopped by today and their drink was expired for more than 3days and when I informed the cashier, she didn’t even apologize. Thus, I bought 3 drinks I even took pictures unfortunately can’t upload it here
We tried Yaas for lunch and it was fantastic. The food was hot and full of rich flavour. The daily specials are wonderful (we had the spinach pakoras). The atmosphere is authentic and traditional Persian at it's best. We can't wait to order some take out next time! You won't be disappointed!!
Their lamb is delish!
Made the mistake of getting dinner from this location. Called in to give management a chance to rectify the issue and was told to call back in 30 minutes... called back and no answer. Many other options nearby with better service.
I always order kebab kobide. It's really juicy and delicious. Prices are fairly good. I love this place as it has warm atmosphere.
Delicious Iranian food....clean restaurant, big portions, reasonable prices 👌
Food is always good and great costumer service
Reasonably priced food and good quantity to go along with it. It's a busy place so be prepared to deal with a crowd. Partial self service, you order and pay, they bring the food to your table. Will go back to try more of the menu.
Just ordered food for family from yaas on 20th and lonsdale.Came home opened to serve and was not pleased the kabobs are all dry rice is so less for the money you pay.
Awesome place.Pretty kind ppl.Amazing food!!
Delicious food and really great service 👌😊 highly recommend. Also prices are hard to beat. Will always come back when in Vancouver !
One of the beset Persian restaurants in North Vancouver. Reasonable prices. You should try "Baghali Polo" or lamb shank there. Quality of their food is the same as their original branch. This new branch has a more comfortable and beautiful place for serving food.
When you craving for amazing Iranian food, look no more. Yaas is one of the best in town!
Amazing kubideh with freshly made lavash bread! Melts-in-mouth meat. More delicious than any Persian restaurant in the US. Definitely recommend if you are in Vancouver and want to try Persian food. Also very Persian ambience.
It's okay. Not great but ok. Services and Prices are good.
Good authentic food. Minimum service but spacious dining room.
I ordered online and picked my food from this location(1629) unfortunately it was not the quality as always! Kebab was really bad, and plain rice was absolutely old ...!
Dizi is great! Also the yogurt drink with gas is a must. I definitely recommend this place.
This place used to be really good. Now the price has gone up and food quality has gone down. This is a good place to grab a quick bite. Great things about this place, it's lively, quick and fast food. Staff are really nice. Don't forget to ask and pay tips as they always skip the tip. I recommend Cazba if you like to eat a better quality food for the same price. This is typically what happens with Persian restaurants that have high turnover. They start off really good and quality goes down a bit after. At last, many people like Yaas, I cook Persian food, so I'm a bit more picky. My favorite at Yaas is the tanoor baked lavaash (flat bread). You can have it with kebabs or dips.
Order was not made after paying online and receiving confirmation email. Condensending staff and they don’t use gloves or have screens to the kitchen despite covid. Buyer beware...
Food was good and was served promptly. The atmosphere is very family friendly. You order your food up front, get a number, and wait to be served. After that, it's mostly like a cafeteria string where you get your own water, utensils, and tissue.
Their new place is better than previous one,- for Sunday of course it was busy ,- not really organized- we were 8, we ordered all foods at the same time , unfortunately they forgot two of foods and appetizers ,- prices are ok ,- foods are delicious .- they don't have table order , you have to order and pay , they will bring food .
Friendly atmosphere, good customer service.
I like this convenient location with friendly, polite and accommodating staff. Food quality is great and price is reasonable.Thank you :)
